At Mahamaya Films, we strive to provide the best audition, casting, and production experiences. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Audition & Casting Registrations
All registration or processing fees (if any) paid for auditions, talent casting calls, or entry submissions are strictly non-refundable. This is because administrative costs, venue allocations, and screening logistics are committed immediately upon registration.

2. Photoshoot & Portfolio Services
If you book a professional photoshoot, model portfolio service, or training program with Mahamaya Films, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled shoot/session are eligible for a 100% refund or a one-time rescheduling at no extra cost.
- Cancellations made between 2 to 6 days before the scheduled shoot/session are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot/session are non-refundable.
- Once a session or photoshoot has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Event Cancellations by Mahamaya Films
In the rare event that an audition, photoshoot, or production project is cancelled entirely by Mahamaya Films and cannot be rescheduled, a full (100%) refund of any booking or registration fees paid will be processed. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage talent, models, and clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing or payment concerns. Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will lead to immediate cancellation of audition profiles and restriction from participating in future projects.
